  McDan Foundation Constructs Lecture Hall Complex for Catholic University of Ghana     Dr. Daniel McKorley, CEO of McDan Group of Companies Dr. Daniel McKorley, the Chief Executive Officer of McDan Group of Companies and the McDan Foundation has performed a ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of a lecture hall complex for the Catholic University of Ghana in Fiapre, Sunyani. The complex, to be named the McDan Block would comprise lecture halls, Radio & TV Studios and offices for the Department of Journalism of the University. Dr. McKorley disclosed that the project was in fulfillment of a promise he made to support the infrastructural needs of the University. Professor Daniel Obeng-Ofori, the Vice-Chancellor of the University described the project as timely, as it will house a campus FM Radio station that would facilitate the practical training of students pursuing the Bachelor of Science in Journalism programme. The West African Examination Council has commenced investigations into the 2022 Withheld WASSCE results of some schools and students. Candidates, who took part in the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for School Candidates, 2022 and had their results withheld due to alleged involvement in examination irregularities, were invited to the WAEC Regional Offices where they wrote the examination. The invitation was to assist the Council to conclude its investigations into the alleged irregularities. Candidates who failed to attend the regional office for investigation will find themselves wanting on the final determination of their results’ fate.
